By the three-month endpoint, 93% also reported improvement in sexual satisfaction and in physical and mental exhaustion. Participant frequency logs showed a 69% reduction in the number of hot flashes per day and an 80% reduction in nighttime sweats. Severity of every reported symptom was significantly decreased (p<0.001).
