RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

First Purchase Refund Guarantee

If you're not completely satisfied with your first Semaine purchase, we’re happy to provide a full refund for up to two bottles within 60 days of the original shipping date of your first bottle. Shipping is not refundable. Our support team will be glad to help you with this process. Just email us at support@semainehealth.com.

Please note, we do not accept physical returns to reduce environmental impact from the shipping and disposal processes. Additionally, due to health and safety protocols, we are unable to restock or redistribute returned open or unopened supplement products.

Orders Beyond 60 Days

For orders beyond 60 days from the original shipping date, partial refunds or store credits may be available. For details, please reach out to our support team at support@semainehealth.com.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please let us know immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Purchases Made from Other Retailers

This policy applies only to orders placed directly through our website.

For purchases made through other retailers, please return items directly to the place of purchase, as their return policies will apply.

For purchases made through Amazon, please email us at support@semainehealth.com with a description of the issue you are experiencing and the Order ID.

To find the Order ID on Amazon, follow these steps:

1. 1. Sign In: Go to Amazon.com and sign in to your account.
   2. Account & Lists: Hover over "Account & Lists" at the top right of the Amazon homepage.
   3. Your Orders: Click on "Your Orders" from the dropdown menu. This will show you a list of all your recent orders.
   4. Order Details: Find the specific order for which you need the Order ID and click on "Order Details."
   5. Order ID: The order ID should be listed on this page. It's typically a series of numbers and letters unique to each order.
