Same symptoms. Two causes.

Mood swings, brain fog, low energy, weight changes, your symptoms have two root causes. One pair of products covers both.

Cover Both The Hormone Protocol

Why one product isn't enough.

If you've tried something for these symptoms and only felt partial relief, this is why. Each row in the table has two separate biological origins. A product built for one can't address the other, even when the symptoms feel identical.

Here's what's actually happening.

Estrogen was never just a reproductive hormone.

Receptors for it run throughout your brain and body. When the signal weakens, every system listening for it shifts: sleep, mood, focus, and over time, heart health and brain health. Not separate problems.

The same signal, fading.

One signal. Every symptom downstream.

Signal-response. The way your biology was built to work.

That’s why the protocol is two formulations. One supports the signal. The other restores the response — what your body needs to use estrogen across every system. Two halves of one biology.

Signal side

ER-β selectivity

Estrogen works through two receptors, ERα and ERβ, each with different roles in the body. ERβ supports many systems affected in menopause.

Most phytoestrogens activate both receptors indiscriminately, leading to mixed results.

We use red clover selected for its preferential ERβ affinity.

Response side

Methylated B vitamins

Up to 40% of women can’t fully convert standard B vitamins into active forms. This makes serotonin drops during hormonal shifts harder to manage.

We use methylated folate and B12 to bypass this barrier and support the brain directly.

Two products. One process.

So we built one protocol that addresses both halves of menopause biology, at the root, at every era.

Menopause Hormone Support

Menopause Hormone Support

Shapes the signal.

Hormone Balance

Hormone Balance

Equips the response.

Most menopause supplements only address one half.

The Hormone Protocol works on both.

Supplement Facts

Hormone Protocol Supplement Facts panel

What happens when you stay.

The protocol works on a compounding timeline, and the longer you stay, the more the integration carries you.

  1. Month 1

The protocol establishes itself. Some women notice sleep or mood shifting early. Most cumulative effects are still building.

  2. Month 3

The cumulative shift becomes visible. Hot flashes often soften. Mood and energy stabilize. The “feeling more like myself” moment.

  3. Month 6

Steady state. Cofactor sufficiency is established. Daily life feels noticeably different than it did pre-protocol.

  4. Year 1+

The protocol is the foundation of how she navigates this era of her biology. It compounds.

Born from love. Backed by biology.

“I had years of symptoms no one could explain. Matt had the scientific training to take the question seriously, and the patience to keep asking until the biology was clear enough to build around. Every product in this protocol exists because we wouldn’t stop until I’d take it myself. I still do, every morning.”

— Lauren, co-founder

She didn’t treat the surface. She went deeper.

This isn’t a routine you fall into. It’s a protocol you choose. The kind of woman who chooses it isn’t asking to be managed. She’s investing in her biology, and she expects the brand to have done the work.

The work is done. The protocol is here. Whenever you’re ready.

Answers, at the root.

Is this safe alongside HRT?
Talk to your prescribing clinician. They know your full picture. The Hormone Protocol uses non-hormonal plant compounds (red clover isoflavones, methylated B vitamins, magnesium, passionflower) that work with your body’s existing receptors rather than adding hormones to your system. It isn’t an HRT alternative or an HRT booster. Many women take it alongside HRT, many take it on its own. The decision belongs with you and your doctor.
Why red clover instead of soy?
Most menopause supplements use soy isoflavones, which activate both of estrogen’s main receptors (ER-α and ER-β) without preference. Red clover isoflavones have been studied for their preferential affinity for ER-β specifically. ER-β is the receptor more involved in the systems menopause hits hardest: mood, cognition, sleep, the nervous system. Red clover also works for women who avoid soy for other reasons.
Why two products instead of one? Can I take just one to start?
Because menopause is two things at once: the signal that’s changing and the response that needs to keep working. Menopause Hormone Support targets the signal side (red clover, hydroxytyrosol, bergamot), selected to support the receptors most active in menopause. Hormone Balance is the daily foundation that lets your body actually use what the signal side provides: active-form B vitamins, magnesium, zinc, plus passionflower, berberine, and grapeseed. Each formula works on its own, but the protocol compounds when you take both. Many women start with Hormone Balance during perimenopause and add Menopause Hormone Support when the bigger shifts begin.
I’m not in menopause yet. Is this still right for me?
Yes, and earlier often works better than later. Perimenopause can begin years before your last period, sometimes a decade earlier. Estrogen starts shifting in your early 40s (sometimes earlier), and the systems that listen for it shift with it: sleep, mood, focus, the words that won’t come. The earlier the foundation is in place, the more it has to compound.
How long until I feel something?
Some women notice sleep or mood softening in the first month. Most describe the clearer shift around month three. That’s when the compounding becomes visible. By month six, most describe steady state. The protocol is built for a long timeline, not a fast one. It works best when you treat it as an investment in your biology.
What if it doesn’t work for me?
60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not noticing a difference by month two, reach out and we’ll make it right. No conditions, no hassle. The clearer shifts often come at month three, so two months gives you a real read on whether your biology is responding.
