Shipping policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Orders are packaged and shipped within 1 business day. This typically means that the order is fulfilled the next day. So if you order Monday afternoon, your order will be shipped on Tuesday. If you order Saturday, it will be shipped out Monday.

On average, orders are taking 4-6 days to be delivered after the order is placed. Because of shipping uncertainty, however, these times can fluctuate and are unfortunately out of our control. A replacement order or refund can be requested 15 days after the order has been shipped.

We would encourage you to order a week in advance, to be on the safe side.
