Formula overview
PMS Relief Gummy: the evidence behind the formula
Executive summary
PMS Relief Gummy is a gummy format of Semaine's cycle support, built around plant compounds and nutrients selected for their roles in everyday inflammatory and hormonal biology. This page explains the formula and the research we reference.
This formula has not been the subject of its own Semaine study. The evidence below is drawn from research on its individual compounds, which is a different and more limited kind of evidence than a study of the finished formula.
Formulation rationale
Why this formula
PMS Relief Gummy shares much of its foundation with our PMS Relief Capsule, in a gummy format some people prefer for daily consistency. The main difference is that the gummy uses lemon balm, a botanical traditionally associated with a settled, calm feeling, in place of the capsule's ashwagandha and boswellia.
These describe the compounds and their composition. They are not claims that the product treats PMS or any condition.
